Supervision Policy

Each of our member centres have a responsibility to provide a safe and welcoming environment for players to participate.

Centres are requested to adhere to the following in 2021:

Each centre are encouraged to have all supervisors sit the online Tennis Australia Court Monitor course. As well as attend the Tennis Brisbane Orientation Course.

Saturday Supervision

Supervision at our largest program is of the utmost importance. To ensure a greater presence, centres are advised of the following Supervision Policy

1.30pm – 2.30pm – Player Registration at the Pro Shop

3pm – Supervisor walk around and attend to all courts

4pm – Supervisor walk around and attend to all courts

5pm – Supervisor walk around and ensure scorecards are signed and matches finish on time

Night Time Super League

7.30pm – Player Registration at the Pro Shop

Supervisor to then walk around the centre before closing and leaving for the night. Please ensure a contact number is available for all players should an incident arise while the centre is not supervised.
