Get In The Game

A series of events specifically for Hot Shot Orange Ball players; developed as an avenue for practical development opportunities and competitive match-play experiences. All matches are played on a reduced court as per the guidelines for this stage, with the 50% compression ‘orange’ dot ball.

• Matches are 20-minutes or first to 6 games. If the score reaches 5-5, a tiebreaker (first to 7 points with a 2-point deficit) will be played.

• Both first and second serves must be an OVERARM serve.
• Roaming officials across each venue.
• If a serve hits the net cord and still lands in the correct service box after a serve (LET), the serve is replayed (you re-serve). This can happen on a first and/or second serve.
• When the game reaches deuce (40-40) a deciding point is used to determine the winner of the game. Receivers’ choice meaning the receiver chooses which size the deciding point is played from (deuce or ad court).
• Bolt2Brisbane selection (Metro players only – conditions apply): Winners and runners-up automatically qualify, with two additional selections awarded to player who reflect sportsmanship, teamwork, and overall support.
